My Story

Imogen Honour, MRSPH, AFN

UK-based women's nutritional advisor specialising in hormone health.

I created an online nutrition hub designed for women just like me who are struggling with the loud noises surrounding hormonal health and nutrition. 

A calm, trusted space supporting women's hormone health through nutrition, education and sustainable habits.​​​
